It recreates houses from the 1960s-80s that no longer exist and is South Korea's largest-scale movie and drama filming location that vividly preserves the appearance of a poor neighborhood (달동네). It is the shooting location for famous works including the film "That Summer" and the dramas 사랑과 야망, 자이언트, 에덴의 동쪽, 제빵왕 김탁구, and 허삼관매혈기.
