Ordering on Coupang as a visitor in 4 steps: English, sign-up, card, hotel delivery

Visitors can order on Coupang and pick it up at their hotel (Coupang, August 2026). Four steps.
1. Switch to English: install the Coupang app → My Coupang (마이쿠팡) → My Account (내정보관리, gear icon, top right) → Account Settings (계정 설정) → Country/Region & Language (국가/지역 및 언어) → English.
2. Sign up: email, name, phone number. Type your name exactly as on your card. Change the country code to yours and enter the code sent by text. A data-only eSIM cannot receive texts.
3. Add a card: My Coupang (마이쿠팡) → All menu (전체메뉴) → Payment methods (결제수단) → Accounts & cards (계좌∙카드) → Add (결제수단 등록). VISA, Mastercard or JCB only, in the same name as your account.
4. Deliver to your hotel: use the hotel's Korean address and the name on your booking. Ask the front desk first whether they accept parcels.
Before ordering, check the expected arrival date on the product page is before your concert. A cancelled order paid by a foreign card is refunded to that card within 14 working days.
