How to buy on NOL World

NOL World is the overseas page of the Korean seller NOL Ticket (formerly Interpark). The screens are in English only, payment takes cards issued outside Korea only, and every time is Korea Standard Time. The steps below were read from the official FAQ and an actual show page on September 15, 2026.

Conditions differ by show. The Notice and the reservation information on the show you are buying come before these steps.

  1. 1. Account

Log in with email, Google, LINE or Apple (Alipay, Weibo and Facebook are no longer supported). Signing up with email starts with one screen: your address and Send Verification Code; no phone number is asked. Password reset is only available to email sign-ups.

  2. 2. Identity verification (Verified Member)

Shows marked verify member only require identity verification before booking. It is done with your original passport (a Korean passport is not accepted); copies, screenshots and expired passports are cancelled. Once verified, name, date of birth and email cannot be changed. If your status is Declined, use Request to Initialize Submission on the show page; Pending Admin Approval means the passport name was not saved correctly and review can take up to 24 hours. Finish it the day before the sale.

  3. 3. Reading the show page

A Notice opens first. Close it, then read the badges at the top (verify member only / NOL facepass), Date/Time, Price and the reservation information. Most shows run Korean-page presale, then overseas-page presale, then general sale on both, and the two pages can have different dates. One queue per account: opening several devices or browsers closes the earlier queue.

  4. 4. The minute the sale opens

Log in before the hour with verification done and a card ready. Join the queue at the opening time and pick seats when your turn comes. A booked seat cannot be changed; to change it you cancel and book again.

  5. 5. Payment

Cards issued outside Korea only: VISA, MasterCard, AMEX, JCB and UnionPay. A Korean-issued card cannot be used on NOL World; it buys on the Korean NOL Ticket site. Twenty-four currencies are offered (JPY, TWD, USD and more): the currency of the issuing country or Korean won. The service fee for concerts is 8,000 won per ticket, and can differ by show.

  6. 6. Getting the ticket

For mobile-ticket shows, open Account/My, My Reservations, Mobile Ticket in the app or a phone browser; on a PC a QR code appears to open it on the phone. For venue pick-up shows, collect at the box office from one hour before the show with your confirmation number and ID; no earlier-day pick-up, and a lost ticket is not reissued. Mobile tickets are in English only.

  7. 7. Cancelling

Account/My, My Reservations, choose the booking, Cancel Reservation. The deadline is 5 pm KST the day before the show, or 11 am KST the day before for Saturday shows. Cancelling by 11:59 pm on the day you booked costs nothing. Refunds can take 5 to 7 days at the card company. Fees differ by show and are shown in the booking details.

  8. 8. Entry

At verified shows every guest is identity-checked on the day and enters with a wristband (Face Pass or the IN-PASS booth at the venue). Admission times differ by ticket type and area.

No purchase was made, so the seat-selection and payment-complete screens are not shown here.
